Japjit's aalaap and rendition of just swaraas is very pleasant indeed. Add the drums, tabla, harmonium along with keyboard - makes the whole composition a very pleasing musical experience. Following the flow of music above, this takes the gently awakened soul to a more fully awake state.

Nice piece that completes the whole experience by finishing the awakening and energizing lightly so one can come out of meditation feeling fresh, centered and energized. Ready Set, GO!

Very upbeat music - great for energy creation. close your eyes and feel every vibration in your body. results may vary but generally you should find vibrations aligning in an upward movement - gentle movement.

Younger Brother - Scanner
Compare paris lounge to scanner - similar alignment of vibrations in an upward movement. However, the pull is a strong sucking movement rather than gentle. strong enough to open chakras. this would be great for cleansing one's chakras or energy patterns.

except for the vocals right at the beginning (unless they could be replaced with a gentle soothing voice issuing instructions), this is ideal for washing out one's head space. open your sahasraara chakra and let the music into your head space and feel it swirling around, cleaning and clearing out patterns quite like a washing machine!

A title that certainly makes one sit up straight and take notice! :-)
But once you listen to it and let the sound crash through your being , wave after wave, it creates energy...........music therapy slot. it isn't meditative in a calming way but meditative in an energizing manner hence the thought that it might be suitable for music therapy.

I'm making the distinction as I see meditation and music therapy as two different time slots - one is to calm the chatter in the mind and center oneself while the other is meant to heal ailments within the body through alignment of bodily vibrations.
